Cotton pads - tie dye

Cotton pads - tie dye

£5.50Price

Those reusable make up pads are the perfect replacement for disposable shop bought cotton pads or wet wipes. They are durable, washable and reusable. If they don't survive, they will biodegrade. Ditch your disposables which are hard on the environment and replace them with this stylish alternative. One side has brushed cotton making them soft and gentle to your skin.

Material: recycled cotton

The size is approximately 3” I do not give exact measurements on my products, because I use different shapes depending on the size of the recycled fabric. If one turns out slightly larger or smaller I want to use it rather than dispose of fabric to fit exact measurements.

The watercolour effect pattern, makes each cotton pad one of kind. One side has black soft cotton flannel which ensures you have no long term mascara marks.

  • Care Instruction

Simply wash with your regular clothes. To avoid shrinkage I recommend to wash on a 30 degrees cycle. Put them in a small cotton bag so you dont lose any in the washing machiene.

If you ever feel like your pads have come to the end of their life, you can simply cut them up (carefully) into tiny pieces and add to your compost bin / food waste bin. Please exclude the stitching thread.

  • Ethos

I am a costume maker in my "normal" life and repurpose all sorts of scraps to make into purposeful new things and to help save the planet. So all my products are made of already existing fabrics trying to avoid over production and to promote sustainability and purpose. If you would prefer organic fabric, do get in touch, there is the option to buy GOTS certified organic materials in for your order from a local independent fabric seller.

This is why my products will always be subject to availability and why they might have slight variations to the image.

  • Packaging

My packaging is always kept to a minimum, and with recyclable materials, as well as from recycled materials. No plastic, ever.
