Natural Lubricant | Recipe
Updated: Jul 12, 2019

Did you know Lubricants have many ingredients that are more harmful than good. Generally I would not want to put any chemicals on my private parts.
Chemicals in some lubricants can:
- Increase vaginal infections
- Disrupt hormone production
- Feed candida which increases the possibility for yeast infection
- Disrupt the vaginal flora
Now I don't know about you but I don't need any of that.
This Lubricant recipe consists of only two ingredients which are natural and not harmful.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Coconut oil
1 Tbsp Beeswax or vegan candelila wax
You may add 2-5 drops essential oils if you wish, I chose not to to keep it simple.
If you are Vegan you can just use coconut oil. The beeswax makes it more firm.
Melt the ingredients in a double boiler and mix them well together.
Take bowl out of the water and keep mixing the ingredients.
I whip it with a hand mixer once it has hardened and cooled down. This way it is easier to use afterwards.
Now just wait for it to cool down.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Coconut oil can break down latex and may make latex condoms ineffective. Be sure to use latex free condoms in combination with this lubricant.
